Dig! offers a thrilling experience as you take on the role of a treasure hunter in search of valuable artifacts. Your objective is to excavate sections of the dig site to uncover hidden treasures. However, you won't be alone in this endeavor. Nigel, a persistent mummy, mischievous moles, and other peculiar creatures pose a challenge along the way. To outwit them, you can dig out the ground they stand on or utilize special hats for an extra boost.
During gameplay, you'll face a crucial decision - should you dig larger sections to complete levels quickly and risk getting caught, or play it safe by uncovering smaller areas while keeping an eye on the timer? The more daring you are, the more coins you'll earn. These can be used to unlock cool power-ups and unique hats that will prove invaluable in subsequent levels. Be quick on your feet and wield your shovel with skill to amass valuable exhibits and fill up the museum.
With classic gameplay mechanics, each level challenges you to excavate enough of the site before moving on to the next stage.
Prepare yourself for formidable enemies such as Nigel the mummy, who tirelessly patrols the area with an unforgiving attitude. A host of other challenges including troublesome moles, menacing tentacles from the deep, and various traps are in store for you.
Alongside these obstacles, you'll have access to awesome power-ups. Unleash irresistible decoys, employ a teleportation device, and discover even more helpful tools to keep yourself one step ahead of danger.
In addition to conventional hats, Dig! introduces a diverse array of headwear that provides new abilities. From standard unlocks to hats specially designed to counter the mummy's influence, your options are plentiful.
